Brook Lodge is a beautiful detached pet-friendly holiday home nestled in Pinewood, set in it's own oasis.
This spacious property offers accommodation perfect for family and friends to enjoy, with multi areas for guests to enjoy, relax and unwind.
On the ground floor the property boasts a kitchen, sitting room/dining room, snug, study and shower room.
On the first floor there are four spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite and a family bathroom.
Outside is your own tranquil setting, with a large wrap around garden with beautiful lawn area, large patio area complete with an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating area.
There is a tranquil lake with decked area to sit with your morning cup of coffee or evening gin and tonic in the sunshine. Ground Floor Park up on the ample size private driveway and enter into the private entrance hall with space for shoes and coats. Sitting/Dining Room This gorgeous light and spacious room with views across all aspects of the garden is sure to be the hub of the home, with large sitting area complete with two large sofa and arm chair, positioned to make the most of the roaring wood-burning stove and TV (With on demand content). The dining area offers a large wooden dining table comfortably seating eight, allowing you space for quality meal times together. Study Sit back at the desk and enjoy a good book, or catch up on emails whilst taking in the views of the lake. Kitchen The cook of the party is sure to enjoy this newly fitted luxurious kitchen, offering an AGA, electric oven with grill, four ring induction hob, American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

The bedrooms consist of three king bedrooms, and a twin bedroom, along with an en-suite shower room, family bathroom and ground floor shower room. There is ample parking for cars on the large private driveway. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: The lake is not enclosed so therefore children and dogs will need to be supervised at all times. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
