Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it consists of a 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) . To access the housing, a slightly steep staircase is present, it is secured by a child barrier.
It is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and a dining area
- An equipped kitchenette with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190), cot
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower, toilet

The apartment is ideally located in Montluçon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
