The interior has been recently refurbished, and is finished with contemporary furnishings and all the home comforts you could need.
There's are 2 comfortable double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with complimentary towels and toiletries and a lovely open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home.
There's a dining table so you can sit and enjoy your meals, a comfortable sofa for you to unwind and watch movies on the smart Tv, as well as free Wifi throughout.
Linen, towels and complimentary toiletries are provided at the start of your stay. Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot.
There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road.
The main train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. For those travelling by car, Preston is a relatively easy city to drive in and parking is also included at the property.
Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away.
