It is a self check-in and we make it as easy as possible for you to get into the apartment.
You will get all relevant information a few days before your check-in and you can contact me any time via Airbnb during daytime until the evening :-) Please note that we have a guest form to be filled out, the same way as you have it in hotels too. This can be done easily upfront on the PC. As this apartment is in a residential area with neighbors, quiet times are needed after 10 PM at night (room level noise after that time). Therefore we have a noise alert device installed that notifies the host in case it should get too loud. • The apartment is located on a higher floor within a residential building • Stair access is required • Self check-in instructions are provided before arrival • Please note: Depending on the booking platform you use to make your reservation, a City Tax and a Security Deposit may be charged separately.

Breathtaking picture postcard view of Mt Pilatus near top floor of modern condo building. Lukas responsive to towels and pillow case shortage. So convenient to Mattenhof SBB stop. Solid choice for visiting Luzern.

Apartment was great for family of 4. Listing was accurate. Finding the key was like a scavenger hunt for the teenagers, but frustrating for the adults. Couches were uncomfortable, but otherwise beds and other amenities were just as described and comfortable. Loved waking up to views of Mt. Pilatus. Would stay here again.
