The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this house for rent in the town of Clohars-Carnoët, 500 m from the beach, with a surface area of 30 m² and capacity for up to 4 guests. It comprises an 18 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), and a garden of approximately 40 m². Sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An 18 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden measuring 40 m²
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days
Common area:
- A shared unheated swimming pool. It is protected by a fence with badge access. The area is open from June 15 to September 15 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions. Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.
The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.

- Nature & Heritage: Pouldu beaches, GR34 hiking trails, Doëlan port, chapel, museum
- Sports & Water sports: Sailing, paddleboarding, water sports courses, Nature Pass, Beach Sports

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
