Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned villa with a swimming pool for rent in Niort.
It has a floor area of 237 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a 60 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, one bathroom (with a bath) and two shower rooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor - A 60 m² living room with a TV, sofa, wood-burning stove and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A conservatory with furniture - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom (with shower and bath) and a toilet - Separate toilet Upstairs - Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180x200) - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 4: two single beds - Bedroom 5: one double bed (140x190) - Shower room (with shower) - Shower room (with shower) and a separate toilet - A small room with a desk and an exercise mat - Separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A private, unheated above-ground swimming pool (6.4 x 4.1 m), open from May to September - A south-facing landscaped garden of 600 m² - South-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally situated in Niort, in a very pleasant setting.

Nous avons passé un mois et 10 jours dans ce logement et nous souillons plusieurs anomalies(babyfoot cassée, porte de frigo qui ne ferme pas, bouchon de salle de baignoire HS, aspirateur qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus et j’en passe).
Lors de notre arrivée le logement était moyennement propre,
