Cocoonr is offering this beautiful, light-filled flat for rent in a secure residential block, situated on the 5th and top floor, accessible by lift.
Fully renovated and furnished, with a cosy atmosphere, situated between the Chartrons district and the Bassin à Flot, 10 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, near Place Ravezie and the quays, you’ll have a parking space in the residential complex at the foot of the building. This flat is fully furnished and equipped so that all you need to do is unpack your bags and enjoy every comfort for an unforgettable stay.
Le Charme d’Antan can accommodate up to 2 adults and one child The flat is laid out as follows: - A living room with a sofa bed (a partition can be used to close off this area if a child is sleeping on the sofa bed) - A cosy dining room - A fully equipped separate kitchen: fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and conventional oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and a wide range of kitchen utensils - A double bedroom (140x190 bed) - A bathroom with a shower - Separate toilet - A large balcony Please note: cleaning and maintenance work is currently being carried out on the building’s façade. As the duration of this work is undetermined, you may experience occasional visual and/or noise disturbance during your stay.

Transport: - A private parking space at the foot of the building completes this accommodation. - 400 metres away: Tram line C (’Place Ravezie’ stop) and Bus route 5 Bike-share scheme: Vcub station 50 metres away (https://www.vcub.fr/stations/plan) €1.70 for 24 hours. Other notes: - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you’ll find 4* hotel-quality linen provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. - Sheets and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not permitted. - A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your use You’ll be given a personalised welcome on arrival by a member of staff from the Cocoonr agency in Bordeaux, who’ll show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys. le parking, la tranquillité, la grandeur et l'aménagement de l'appartement, les équipements en général, l'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte
La table basse du salon sur laquelle nous nous sommes cogné trop souvent, le plateau en verre laisse voir les pieds qui ne sont pas au pourtour de la table mais à l'intérieur.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille dans l’appartement. Les quais sont accessibles à pied, il était donc pratique d’aller se balader à côté. Il y avait tout le nécessaire dans l’appartement. Je recommande
