Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Duingt and directly on the shores of Lake Annecy, this bright and modern 30 m² studio located on the 3ᵉ floor of the Les Libellules residence.
Offering a 108 m² panoramic balcony and direct access to the lake, it is an idyllic setting for a romantic or relaxing stay.
This charming studio apartment comprises: Living room : - Living room and dining area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate up to 4 people. - Queen-size double bed (160x200) offering a breathtaking view of the lake from the moment you wake up. .
Two large picture windows give access to the balcony with views of the Château de Duingt, the lake and the surrounding mountains.
Bathroom : - Shower room with WC.
Additional facilities: - Wi-Fi. - Lift. - Secure private parking across the road. - Direct access to the lake from the residence.
Nearby amenities: - Cycle path passing behind the residence. - Shops and restaurants in the village of Duingt. - Annecy about 10 km away (accessible by car, bike or bus).
Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...).
All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the accommodation, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 40 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes) - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you come by car, you will have a private parking space in the residence car park.
A public car park is also available nearby if required.
Other remarks : - Completely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
Beds will be made up on arrival.
Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40.
