Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent a luxury flat ideally located in the heart of Veyrier-du-Lac, just 850m from La Brune beach.
Bathed in light, the apartment boasts contemporary decor, uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains, and access to the residence's private swimming pool.
The interior comprises Living room: - Beautiful, spacious and bright living room with sitting area (TV), dining area and fully equipped open kitchen (utensils, crockery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher). - Direct access to the sun terrace with panoramic views of the lake and pool.
Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200), desk, storage cupboard and direct access to terrace with lake view. - Bedroom 2: single bed that folds out into a comfortable double bed, storage space. - Modern shower room with double washbasin. - Separate WC.
Outside: - Sunny terrace with uninterrupted views of the lake and swimming pool. - Private swimming pool of the residence, not heated, open from 1ᵉʳ July to 04 September, equipped with deckchairs and offering a breathtaking view. - Bicycle garage. - Secure residence.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, connected TV, patio.
Cot and high chair available on request.
Nearby: The flat is ideally located in the centre of Veyrier du Lac, just a 10-minute walk from the lake and beach. - Cycle path along the lake at the foot of the flat. - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy... also at the foot of the flat.
Activities : Go hiking in Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...).
All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport : - The regular SIBRA 20 bus service, with a stop opposite the flat, provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car.
Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
Other remarks : - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
Beds will be made up on arrival.
