Ideal for a group holiday (family, friends, business seminars, etc.), the villa is composed as follows:

Nearby amenities: The house is ideally located in the village of Saint-Jorioz, a 5-minute walk from the lake and beach. - Cycle path 50m away - Shops: Supermarket (Super U), Restaurants, Bakery, Butcher, Florist, Banks... 15 minutes' walk away. Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus routes, with a stop located nearby, make it easy to reach the shores of the lake (around 10 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (2 to 20 minutes). - Geneva International Airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, the flat has a private car park. Other remarks : - Non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
Beds will be made up on arrival.
Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.
