Ideal for a group stay (family, friends, professional seminar…), it is composed as follows:

- Cozy living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden
- Independent fully equipped kitchen (dishes, Nespresso coffee machine, induction and electric hobs, dishwasher, kettle, toaster...)
- Covered terrace with dining table and outdoor lounge
- Large landscaped garden with deckchairs, parasols and coffee corner
- Master bedroom n°1: queen-size double bed (160x200), TV and desk, adjoining shower room with double sink
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Sleeping area (1st floor):
- Orange bedroom n°2: 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined into a queen-size bed, chest of drawers
- Green bedroom n°3: 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined into a queen-size bed, chest of drawers
- Grey bedroom n°4: queen-size double bed (160x200), chest of drawers
- Bathroom with bathtub and sink (near bedrooms 2, 3 and 4)
- Beige bedroom n°5: double bed (140x190), chest of drawers
- Shower room with sink (adjoining the Beige bedroom)
- Friendly playroom for children and adults
Sleeping area (2nd floor mezzanine):
- Chalet bedroom n°6: 2 single beds (80x200) that can be joined into a queen-size bed

Transport:
- The regular SIBRA bus lines, with a stop located nearby, provide easy access to the lake shores (about 10 minutes) as well as neighboring beaches (2 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is accessible in about 40 minutes by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend opting for taxis or VTC-type services.
- If you choose to come by car, the apartment has private parking
