The Cocoonr agency offers you this fully renovated 34 m² studio in Sévrier, just a few minutes’ walk from the lake, featuring a warm, modern atmosphere and a beautiful view of Lake Annecy.

The studio is located on the second and top floor.
This charming studio is laid out as follows: Living area: - Bright lounge with lake view - High-quality double sofa bed - Dining area with table - Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster…) - Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate WC Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, bike storage, iron and ironing board.
Baby cot and highchair available on request.
Nearby: The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area of Sévrier, just a 9-minute walk from the lake and beach. - Cycle path along the lake right outside the studio - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy… within a 10-minute walk Activities: - Go hiking in the Semnoz mountains, cycle along the shores of the lake, experience the thrill of water sports (wakeboarding, private boat trips…), explore local heritage through cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for an aerial adventure in a paraglider, and wander through the old town of Annecy.
Food lovers can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef…).
All your activities and services can be arranged by our local partner, an expert in personalized stays.
Transport: - Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 from Annecy provide easy access to the city center (around 25 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). - Geneva International Airport is about 1 hour away by car.
Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or private ride services (VTC). - If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
