The Cocoonr agency is pleased to offer ‘Lake and Chill’ for rent: a charming ground-floor apartment, ideally situated in Duingt, right on the water’s edge.
You’ll enjoy splendid views of the mountains, the lake and the village’s iconic castle. With direct access to a 4,000 m² private beach and two jetties reserved for residents, this apartment guarantees a unique lakeside experience.
The surrounding walking trails also invite you to explore the region’s natural beauty at your own pace. The flat is laid out as follows: - Spacious living room with a large family sofa, dining area and large floor-to-ceiling windows offering exceptional panoramic views of the lake and mountains.
Direct access to the terrace, garden and lake. - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery and kitchen utensils. - Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (80x190 cm) that form a double bed (cannot be separated), direct access to the terrace/garden and the lake. - Bedroom 2: 1 single bed (90x190 cm), bookcase with books available (no window). - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) (no window). - Bathroom with toilet. Outdoors: - Large 40 m² terrace furnished with a dining table, a relaxation area and garden furniture. - Private paved area belonging to the flat and a communal lawn for residents. - 4,000 m² private beach with two jetties. Can be rented in combination with Le Loft Azur (1st floor) to accommodate up to 7 people. Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Cot and high chair available on site. Nearby: The flat is ideally situated in a quiet, exclusive residential complex in Duingt, right on the waterfront! - Cycle path running alongside the lake, 2 minutes away by bike - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, chemist… 10 minutes’ walk away Activities: Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, experience the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (the Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town.
Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef, etc.). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport: - Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15 from Annecy provide easy access to the city centre (approx. 20 mins) and the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). Daviet stop - Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes’ drive away.
Bus services and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire services. - If you choose to travel by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence. Other notes: - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited - Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided.
