An elegant 60 sq m apartment for 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building with lake views and a garden in an elegant setting.
The apartment is located within the magnificent Villa Maderni in the Spina Verde Park.
Guests have access to a large garden with a panoramic infinity pool, tennis court, barbecue, picnic area, playground, and private parking space.
The center of Como is a 10-minute drive away.
The main amenities are a 5-minute drive away. REGIONAL CODE: 013075-CIM-00654 NATIONAL CODE: IT013075B4KB7UIRV9 The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs, split air conditioning, and access to the patio/garden (step to access); - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and access to the patio/garden (step to access); - FULL BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, and toilet; - UNCOVERED PATIO (accessible via steps from the bedroom and living room) with table, chairs, umbrella, and large garden; - SHARED POOL (accessible via steps) free of charge for guests, with umbrellas and sun loungers; - SHARED TENNIS COURT (bookable with the caretaker); - SHARED BARBECUE (bookable with the caretaker). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: private entrance, split air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer. Reserved outdoor parking space. PLEASE NOTE: - The shared garden, swimming pool, barbecue, playground, and tennis court are shared with other residents and guests of the Villa. - The swimming pool is open from May to October, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. - Steps to access the patio/garden from the bedroom and living room. - Raised shower stall. - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
The payment of the tourist tax is required for the first 4 days.
The amount is 3 Euros per day per person.
Disabled people are exempt. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). The Villa is in a panoramic position and is located within the protected natural area Parco Regionale Spina Verde, a few kilometres from the centre of Como and Cernobbio, very close to the Swiss border and only 45 minutes from Milan. The main services such as restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket are only a 5-minute drive away in the Monte Olimpino district. It is recommended to arrive by car as the area is not served by public transport.
In high season it may be difficult to find available taxis.
The nearest bus stop is about 2 km away, the Como San Giovanni station is 7.4 km away.

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Besonders der Tennisplatz und der Pool haben uns viel Spaß gemacht.
Die Internetverbindung ist in der Wohnung schlecht, auf der Terrasse aber gut.
Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert, es war aber trotzdem angenehm kühl in der Wohnung.
Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Me and my friend enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment was lovey to stay and had an amazing view of lake Como making it so worth the stay. The grounds to the place were well looked after which was amazing. Internet can be slow but that isn’t much of a worry when on holiday. The host was very lovey and responsive online.

Vista bellissima, il posto tranquillo e luminoso, purtroppo l’appartamento era un pó freddo e il telecomando per l‘aria condizionata era rotto, poca linea e senza wifii. Per il resto molto bello e personale molto gentile e disponibile.
