Cozy 40 sqm studio apartment, fully equipped with all comforts and featuring a private garden area for relaxing outdoors. Located in a quiet, green area of Turin, just steps from Parco delle Vallere and the Po River, perfect for walks and excursions. The interior space is arranged as follows

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, oven, and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, dining table, and A/C split;

- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, TV, and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, washing machine, bidet, and WC.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket WiFi (1000 GB per month), heating with heat pump, air conditioning via split (in the living area), clothes rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Private garden area reserved for guests.


PLEASE NOTE: a flight of stairs is required to reach the apartment entrance. One step at the entrance of the building. Raised shower tray. WiFi is not unlimited – 1000 GB per month.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

From Porta Nuova Station, you can take bus no. 67 directly to the stop “Moncalieri N.440,” about 2 minutes’ walk from the property.


From Porta Susa Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 8 to the stop “Siccardi.” From there, walk 1 minute to the “Cernaia” stop and take bus no. 67 to the stop “Moncalieri N.440,” about 2 minutes’ walk from the property.


If you are traveling by car, parking is not included. However, it is possible to park for free on the street (white lines – NOT guaranteed).
