Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a shower room. The flat is ideally located in Vaux-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's private car park (one private space).
