This apartment is the perfect choice for a fun-filled beach getaway on the Ligurian coast.
It is just 20 meters from the shoreline.
This stylish, first-floor apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque town of Laigueglia.
It’s ideal for families or groups of friends looking to explore Liguria’s sandy beaches and scenic hills. Laigueglia is one of the more peaceful resorts along the Ligurian Riviera.
It remains an active fishing village and retains its authentic charm.
The nearest airport is Genoa Airport, approximately one hour and twenty minutes away by car. The apartment is accessed via a short flight of steps along the side of the building.
Upon entry, a central hallway leads to most of the rooms.
The bright and spacious open-plan living area offers uninterrupted sea views and features a stylish nautical-inspired décor. A modern blue sofa and matching armchair provide a cosy seating area, complemented by a flat-screen TV and a dining table that comfortably seats six. At the rear of the space, the sleek, fully fitted kitchen includes a breakfast bar island—perfect for casual meals.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a coffee maker. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The stylish master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and extensive wardrobe. Bedroom 2: This fun bedroom has a bunk bed, a pull-down workspace, wardrobes and a door leading out to a private balcony. Bathrooms The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each has a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC. There is a washing machine in the larger bathroom. Laigueglia is one of the more peaceful resorts on the Ligurian coast, known for its authentic charm and timeless appeal.
Still an active fishing village, you can often see fishermen repairing their nets along the harbourfront.
