This apartment is located on the third floor of a residence in Andora.
It features an open-plan living room with glass doors that lead out to a private balcony.
The shaded balcony offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean and is an ideal space for dining al fresco.
Thanks to the Ligurian coast's mild climate, Andora is a wonderful holiday destination year-round.
While the town is renowned for its stunning sandy beaches, there is much more to discover, including charming local shops and restaurants, cultural attractions, and scenic walking trails. The closest airport is Genoa airport, a 1-hour and 15-minute drive from the apartment. Indoors, there is a stylish sofa, with a flat-screen TV. The raised dining area includes a table and a sleek kitchenette.
The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee maker. Sleeping Bedroom: The airy bedroom has a sofa which converts into a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. Bathrooms The apartment has 2 attractive modern bathrooms.
Each has a shower, basin and WC. One of the bathrooms also has a bidet and a window. Just beyond the seafront promenade, visitors can discover the medieval castle and the Romanesque church of Santi Giacomo e Filippo.
A short stroll from the shore lies the Parco delle Farfalle (Butterfly Park), a green oasis perfect for children, who can play safely in its fully enclosed grounds. The surrounding hills offer gentle walking and cycling routes that lead to traditional Ligurian villages.
Along the coast, Cervo (about 10 minutes away) is celebrated as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, while Alassio (around 12 minutes away) makes for a delightful day trip with its Art Nouveau villas, seaside charm, and the famous pedestrian street “Budello,” lined with shops and cafés. For those who enjoy self-catering, the weekly Monday market is an excellent source of fresh local produce.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön,allerdings war sie noch nicht ganz fertig. Im Bad hi gen noch die Kabel für die Lampe über den Spiegel und die Steckdose war nur ein Loch.Also kein Strom zum fönen. Es gab nur 1 Kaffeelöffel, 2 sehr unterschiedliche Weingläser und 2 sehr unterschiedlich Kaffeetassen. Spülm...

Die Lage und die Wohnung war sehr schön. Allerdings war die Wohnung noch nicht ganz fertig. Im Bad hing die Stromleitung für das Licht über den Spiegel und es gab noch keine Steckdose. Im 2. Bad gab es zwar eine Steckdose, aber keinen Spiegel.
Die Ausstattung war sehr schlecht. 2 sehr unterschiedl...
