The house has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.
It also has a a beautiful garden shared with the neighbouring House with panoramic views of the mountains. Equipment: Heating, TV, Washing machine, Tumble-drier, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Fridge-freezer, Ceramic hob, Toaster, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine. Outside: garden furniture (1 table, 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs). Location: Guils de Cerdaña is a town located in the Baixa Cerdanya region.
It is few minutes away from Puigcerdà and is a locality known for its offer of activities to do Nordic skiing in the ski resort 'Guils Fontanera', close also to La Molina - Masella ski resort. The municipality of Guils de Cerdanya is formed by the towns of Saneja, Sant Martí d'Aravó, Sant Martí de Cerdanya (Puigcerdà Residencial) and Guils. Places of interest: Guils is a population mainly focused on the agricultural and livestock sector, making it ideal for enjoying beautiful landscapes and outdoor activities, both in ski season and at other times of the year (hiking trails, ... ). La casa está bien ubicada, en el pueblo de Guils, desde ahí se puede acceder a las pistas de esquí, y también está muy cerca de Puigcerdà. Tiene parking para un vehículo y un jardín compartido que está bien.
Hay detalles que marcan la diferencia, tanto para bien como para mal, y en este caso fue para mal. Si voy a estar tres días en un sitio, como mínimo espero que haya lo básico para la estancia, pero en esta casa solo había una bolsa de basura, un potecito mínimo de jabón para fregar los platos y poco...
