Cocoonr offers this charming 54 m² flat for rent, located in the Refuges des Outalays residence, just 50 metres from the slopes.
It can accommodate up to 5 people.
It comprises an attractive living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows - A living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and a pull-out bed (1 berth) - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) - One bathroom - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A terrace to enjoy the warm weather The flat is ideally located in Le Grand-Bornand, in a very pleasant environment.
The main shopping street, Chinaillon, is around 20 minutes' walk away, so you can take full advantage of the village atmosphere.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.
