The Cocoonr Agency offers Le Cortinaire, a 114 m² chalet with a splendid view of the Aravis mountain range. Accommodating up to 8 guests on 3 floors, this chalet has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The chalet is laid out as follows: Ground floor - One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - One bathroom (shower) with WC - One laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer First floor
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine) - A cosy living room with fireplace, TV and dining area - A separate WC - An adjoining terrace offering magnificent views of the mountains. 2nd floor - Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200)
- One bedroom with bunk beds (two 90x190 beds) - Bathroom with WC The neighbourhood Ideally located at the entrance to the village of Chinaillon, Le Cortinaire is just 200 metres from the bus stop. This provides easy access to the village centre, the ski slopes and Le Grand-Bornand.
Transport If you choose to come by car, you can park in the two private parking spaces. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest SNCF train station: Annecy (40 km) - Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km) - Bus station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km) Other comments: - Sheets and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are allowed in the accommodation - A high chair and cot are available on request - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live" rentals, who will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you make the most of it!
