The Cocoonr agency offers this air-conditioned flat for rent in Mauléon. It has a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (real mattress), dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates... .
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is ideally located in Mauléon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
