Cocoonr offers this charming 150 m² loft-style flat for rent in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 43 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four good bedrooms and three bathrooms (with bath or shower).

The accommodation comprises First floor: - A large 43 m² living room with sofa and wood-burning stove opening onto an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed (180x200) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower - A bathroom (with bath), washing machine and tumble dryer - A 13 m² balcony - A utility room - Separate WC Upstairs, on the mezzanine : - TV area with sofa - Bedroom 4: with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the parking space available in the basement.
