Cocoonr offers you this charming 140 m² house to rent in Saint-Philibert, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It has a lovely 30 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and an open, adjoining garden.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is made up as follows: Ground floor - A 30 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Master bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room + WC - A utility room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom with bunk bed - One bedroom with a single bed - One bedroom with a single bed - One bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200) - Bathroom with bath - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A lovely open-plan terraced garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A trampoline is available from April to the end of September; it is shared with the house on the same plot.
Use of the trampoline is your own responsibility. The house is ideally located in Saint-Philibert, in very pleasant surroundings. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
