Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Gabriel Péri (line M13), is just a 6-minute walk. Paris Charles de Gaulle airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
