Nice apartment of approximately 40 sqm, able to accommodate 3 people, located on the ground floor of a villa (some steps to access).
The property is located in a quiet and well-served residential area, just 1.9km from the train station.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a garden shared with the other condominiums.

- BEDROOM with double bed;
- LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet, washing machine;
- PATIO shared with other condominiums equipped with table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, soundproofing of windows, central heating and air conditioning ONLY in the living room/kitchenette.

Wszystko dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Dojazd do centrum Mestre i Wenecji autobusem.
Warto też pojechać na plażę do Chioggia Sottomarina. Bilety na autobus do Sottomariny i Wenecji dostępne przez Whats_app - kod QR na przystankach.

L’hôte est très réactif et nous a donné toute les instructions nécessaires pour accéder au logement et y repartir, il nous a aussi conseillé un taxi très sympathique pour un départ très tôt pour l’aéroport. Le logement est très bien équipé, situé dans un quartier calme et paisible, les commerces y sont assez proches. L’accès à Venise se fait très facilement par les transports notamment en bus.
