Volos Quiet Anchor is a comfortable and serene apartment ideal for relaxing stays in Nea Ionia. Featuring a cozy bedroom, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and modern amenities, it accommodates up to four guests in a peaceful residential setting close to Volos city life.
The space:
This inviting apartment offers a warm and functional layout designed to make guests feel at home. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with fresh linens and ample clothing storage, creating a restful environment for a good night's sleep. The living room includes two large sofas that can sleep two additional guests, making the apartment suitable for couples, small families, or friends. The full bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, essentials, body soap, shampoo, and soft towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stovetops, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and silverware—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The dining table provides a comfortable place to enjoy homemade meals or plan your day. The apartment also includes air conditioning, a TV, reliable internet, and a washing machine for longer stays.
A private balcony with outdoor furniture allows guests to relax with a coffee or unwind in the evening while enjoying the quiet residential surroundings and pleasant city views. The private entrance ensures privacy and convenience throughout your stay. With its peaceful atmosphere, complete amenities, and thoughtful design, this apartment is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and easy access to the wider Volos area.

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.
The fee is:
€8 per night for apartments
€15 per night for villas
Please note:
This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.
Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.
Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
