This beach house is part of a small complex of 3 houses which is located less than 450 meters from the beachfront ( 5-7 min walk) The house is one of three that share a beautiful common area with pool, barbecue area and gardens with plenty of room to enjoy with friends and family.

Daniela's Balneario is located in the north of the beautiful island of Florianópolis next to Jurere International. The space This beach house is located on Daniela Beach and is part of a small complex of 3 houses that share a common area with wooded garden with palm trees, lawns and fruit trees.

The space also features a poolside decking area with comfortable furnishings and sun loungers for relaxation.

There is also a barbecue area with all the utensils you will need to make that perfect barbecue! Inside, the space is loft style, with double right foot and large glass windows that allow in natural light - but you also have long blackout curtains that keep the room dark in case you prefer to sleep until later! In addition, you have air conditioning to keep the place nice and cool. On the ground floor, you will find a living / dining room for 4 people with an integrated kitchen and oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and all the utensils you will need to prepare your meals. In the living room you will find a double sofa bed, TV and armchair. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a great shower and hairdryer. The bedroom is on the mezzanine that is open to the living room.

Access is via a snail ladder.
