Hallam Retreat is a large, detached house situated in the heart of West Hallam, Derbyshire.
Perfect for families or groups of friends, this property boasts a private indoor swimming pool, sauna, as well as ample off-road parking, making it an ideal base for a memorable getaway.
Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a large hallway with purpose-built walk-in coats and shoe room. The large sitting room is ideal for all to relax after a day of exploring.
For entertainment, head to the cinema room or the games room, complete with a pool table and traditional games, in the same area is a luxurious bar with large drinks fridge and wine cooler and large TV to watch the sports whilst enjoying a refreshing drink.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and a separate utility room houses a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The dining area, with views over the open countryside, provides a grand setting for enjoying meals together, seating all guests comfortably.
Outside, the enclosed rear garden offers a lawn and patio, complete with furniture, with large covered outdoor kitchen, firepit to enjoy the stars and al fresco dining, there are lounges to relax looking out to countryside views and a basket ball net to keep the family entertained perfect for unwinding under the stars.
