We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Canillejas, is just a 3-minutes walk. The Barajas Airport is a 3-minute drive from the property. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.
We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed. This three-bedroom apartment is ideal for families and friends.

This charming 81 m² apartment is perfectly located near Madrid-Barajas Airport, as well as shops, supermarkets, and the Plenilunio shopping center. The living room features a comfortable sofa to relax on, a TV to enjoy your favorite shows, and a dining table that's perfect for sharing meals in good company. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential utensils and cookware.
For your convenience, there’s also a washing machine available. The apartment has three cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and wardrobe, and two others with two single beds each—one of these also includes a crib, perfect for families with young children.
All beds come with clean linens. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you have everything you need to refresh and feel at home. For your comfort and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. Enjoy your stay! Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a seasonal rental agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay.
After booking, you will receive a contract to sign.
Without the signed agreement, the reservation will be canceled with no right to a refund.
