We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Casa da Música, is just an 8-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This studio is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city centre.

Situated on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs, the space offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Designed with an open layout, the living area features a comfortable double bed outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for ease, a sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave.
Thoughtfully stocked with cookware and cutlery, it provides everything necessary for a seamless cooking experience. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The highlight of the property is the shared garden, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Everything was great. I would like to highlight the cleaning lady. We ask her to be more patient and to take a herbal tea. On the other hand, check-in is very late and check-out is very early. I think they could be more flexible, but otherwise, everything was very good.

Everything was fine until a cleaning lady arrived. She got nervous when we tried to communicate with her and had a terrible attitude. We contacted the managers and spoke to a very nice lady. If I had to point out something negative, it would be the cleaning lady. A little patience is needed, and there's no need to shout, especially when there's no reason to...

It was the best accommodation in Portugal that we rented, everything is clean, tidy, very nice apartment, comfortable, everything you need is there: from dishes to shower gel, soap and even water in a glass in the kitchen. Thank you very much for such a warm welcome ❤️
