The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A beautiful 250 m² garden, enclosed and shared with the owners - A 45 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The property is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are just 2 km away. Activities : - Water sports: kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing, swimming - Jogging and cycling on superb seaside trails - Hiking along the famous GR34 - Cultural and tourist attractions: Locronan, Douarnenez, Camaret, Crozon peninsula, Quimper - Family outing to Brest with a visit to Océanopolis Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park (up to 2 vehicles).
