The garden offers the perfect space to relax in the sun or enjoy the 7x3 m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from one to two metres.

On the ground floor, the living room open to the dining area features a Smart TV and a fireplace for the colder winter days.

The first floor houses the three bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to the balcony, and two twin rooms with two single beds each.
