Petit balcon avec accès depuis le palier.
Surface totale au sol : 70 m² parties mansardées comprises. Local à skis individuel.
Local à vélos collectif (8 vélos). Parking privatif couvert (1 voiture). Belle grange de pays du 18ème siècle rénovée, située au coeur d'un village typique, à 6 km de Ste Foy station (navette gratuite l'hiver) et à 4 km de Villaroger / Les Arcs / Domaine Paradiski.
