Cocoonr offers this charming 35 m² flat for rent in Batz-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 10 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. There's also a courtyard of around 40 m² and Wi-Fi (fibre optics) included. We're waiting for you!
You will find in this flat :
- A 10 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A kitchen with dining area, including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, iron.
Outside :
- A 40 m² south-facing courtyard, with furniture and parasol to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Batz-sur-Mer, on the customs path that runs along the coast, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
What to do:
Visit the large blockhouse, the clog museum and the salt marsh museum.
Salt marshes, Océarium du Croisic, bike rides, water sports (jet ski, padel, towed buoy...)
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat car park located in the driveway, which is entirely private.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Batz-sur-Mer, a 20-minute walk away.
- Nearest airport: Nantes, 50 minutes by car.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
