Cocoonr offers you this charming 60 m² flat to rent in Monêtier-les-Bains, with a ski station within walking distance.
It sleeps up to 8 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 37 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Bed linen and towels are extra. The accommodation comprises - A living room with a sofa, a dining area opening onto a fully-equipped kitchenette including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. Near the living room, a room with a TV and a sofa bed (sleeps 2) - Bedrooms 1 and 2: a double bed (140x190) - Sleeping area: bunk bed (sleeps 2), shower and washbasin - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside: - A 6 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather The flat is ideally located in Le Monêtier-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Hot springs in the village - Hiking & nature - Ecrins National Park - Serre Chevalier Estate Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private outdoor car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Briançon train station, 16 km away - Grenoble Alpes Isère Airport is 143 km away Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Logement très bien situé très calme ;
Non négligeable une place de parking ,et beaucoup de facilité pour aller prendre les navettes et se promener la terrasse très agréable , et appartement confortable

500μ απο το λιφτ, σε περιπτωση χιονοπτωσης ο δρομος που φτανει στο σπιτι δεν καθαριζεται, θα πρεπει να φορεσεις αλυσσιδες

Appartement très bien situé à 650m des pistes à pied ou à 5 minutes de l’arrêt de la navette gratuite qui fait le tour du ville.
