The town’s beautiful beach of North Sands is just a 10-minute walk via Sandhills Road, and the South West Coast Path is also easily accessible, meaning this property is exceptionally well located for exploring! Highlights of the property include a beautifully fitted kitchen, large sitting/dining area and delightful south-facing lounge with a large window and French doors leading out to the garden.
On the upper 'studio' level are two double bedrooms built into the roof space, both with double beds, one with a door opening out to a small balcony with sea views.
