Ideally located in Saint-Ouen, on the outskirts of Paris, this 6th floor apartment (no lift) in a Parisian building comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is composed as follows: - A beautiful 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A first bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a private bathroom (with shower and WC) - A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a private bathroom (with bath and WC) Outside: - A beautiful 15 m² rooftop terrace with views of the Saint-Ouen Flea Market and a 180° panorama of the Sacré-Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and La Défense. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Ouen, a dynamic and cosmopolitan town with a rich heritage, often compared to the Parisian Brooklyn.
Ideally located opposite the famous Flea Market, the flat offers quick access to central Paris: about a 12-minute walk to metro lines 4, 13 and 14. Direct metro and RER connections also serve the main Parisian train stations (Gare de Lyon, Gare Saint-Lazare, Gare du Nord) as well as Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and Orly airports. For walks, you will also enjoy the shops at Les Docks de Saint-Ouen, right next to La Communale, as well as La Serre Wangari, located near the vast Docks park. Activities: - Visit the famous Flea Market - Discover Montmartre and its Sacré-Cœur Basilica, about 3 km away - The Stade de France is about 4 km away - The Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre are about 10 km away, and you can discover other Parisian monuments Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat (paid parking).
