Welcome to our bright and tastefully decorated apartment, located on the 5th floor of a quiet, secure building with an elevator.
Just outside Paris, this comfortable space offers quick access to the capital’s must-see attractions.
You’ll also enjoy the proximity of a green space, perfect for walks with your pet. An enclosed outdoor parking lot is also available for the duration of your stay. This beautiful apartment in Ivry-sur-Seine, with an area of 55 m 2, can accommodate up to 3 people (2 adults, 1 child). It includes a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The beautiful lounge area is perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and it is equipped with a convertible sofa (1 place) 70x185, ideal for a child. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE - Read carefully before booking : The sleeping area in the living room is a single sofa bed. For optimal comfort, we recommend this accommodation for up to 2 adults or for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. You will enjoy all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
The apartment has an elevator, high-speed WiFi throughout the space, a smart TV with access to your applications via your own accounts, and a height-adjustable desk for working comfortably. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, ensuring you a carefree stay. Pets are welcome, provided that you bring everything necessary for their well-being, including a plaid or blanket to protect the sofa if your four-legged friend settles in.
