The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with a lounge area (sofas) and a dining room - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with a single bed (90x190) - Shower room (with shower) - Separate WC Second floor: - Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) - A mezzanine with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) Outside: - A beautiful 200 m² west-facing, private, enclosed garden with children's play area (trampoline, tree house, zip line) - A west-facing terrace accessible from the living room, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather The house is ideally located in Orsay, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
You'll also find the Cyprenne wood nearby, ideal for walks.
