The Cocoonr Basque Country agency offers Villa Preciosa, located in the heart of Guéthary. This elegant 200 m² villa, bathed in light and offering a glimpse of the ocean from the terrace, can accommodate up to 10 people. It combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere.
Nestled between Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Guéthary is an authentic gem on the Basque coast, renowned for its understated elegance, its ocean-oriented lifestyle and its friendly atmosphere. A former fishing village, it now attracts surf enthusiasts and lovers of beautiful locations alike.
Everything is within walking distance of the villa: beaches, the village centre, shops, restaurants, bars, galleries and the local market. Just a few minutes away is the legendary Parlementia surf spot, world-renowned for its powerful and spectacular waves. Stroll through the narrow streets, enjoy a terrace overlooking the ocean or a walk along the coast, between wild landscapes and typical villas.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A beautiful entrance hall with various storage units
- A master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a dressing room and a bathroom with shower, bath, double washbasins and WC.
- A large living room with kitchen opening onto the lounge/dining room with sofas and a large dining table seating up to 10 people.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A second separate toilet
First floor:
- A second master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), and a shower room with shower and washbasin
- A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A fourth bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be moved closer together
- A fifth bedroom with 2 single beds
- A shower room with shower and washbasin
- A separate WC
Outside:
- A terrace fully facing the heated swimming pool, so you can enjoy the long, sunny summer days.
- A dining table and outdoor equipment to make the most of those lovely summer days.
