This elegant 200 m² villa, bathed in light and offering a glimpse of the ocean from the terrace, can accommodate up to 10 people.
It combines modern comfort with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Nestled between Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Guéthary is an authentic gem of the Basque coast, renowned for its understated elegance, its ocean-centred way of life and its friendly atmosphere.
Once a fishing village, it now appeals to surfers and lovers of fine establishments alike. Everything is within walking distance of the villa: beaches, the village centre, shops, restaurants, bars, galleries and the local market.
Just a few minutes away lies the legendary surf spot of Parlementia, world-renowned for its powerful and spectacular waves.
Stroll through the narrow streets, enjoy a drink on a terrace overlooking the ocean or take a walk along the coast, amidst unspoilt landscapes and traditional villas. The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A lovely entrance hall with plenty of storage space - A master bedroom suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, double washbasins and a toilet. - A large living area with an open-plan kitchen leading into the lounge/dining room, featuring sofas and a large dining table seating 10 people. - A fully fitted open-plan kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A second separate toilet Upstairs: - A second master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with a shower and washbasin - A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A fourth bedroom with two single beds, which can be pushed together - A fifth bedroom with two single beds - A shower room with a shower and washbasin - A separate toilet All bedrooms are fitted with a fan.
