It features a furnished terrace, a chlorine swimming pool of 8 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.8 m, a fully equipped porch, barbecue, fruit trees and beautiful views of nature.
The house of 90 m2 is distributed on one floor.
It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed and two with two single beds.
One bedroom comes with a shower bath en-suite and there's a second bathroom with a bathtub.
One cot and a highchair are available on request.
The living room is very cozy.
It offers one comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, an air conditioning and a fireplace.
The dining room is equipped with table and chairs, and the kitchen with gas stove, in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
This property is ideal for a relaxing holiday, in a quiet surroundings and only 17 km from the beach of Gandia.
