Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower and WC The flat is ideally located in Pézenas, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Stroll around the old town (cobbled streets, old houses and private mansions.) - Visit the Maison des Métiers d'Art, the Musée de Vulliod Saint-Germain and guided tours of Molière. - Tasting of local products - Discover the Hérault Gorges, the beaches of the Thau Basin and the Mediterranean or the vineyards and wine estates Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train stations: Béziers and Agde, about 20 km away - Nearest airport: Béziers-Cap d'Agde, approx. 25 km away To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr (ad management and reservations service) and Rand&Wout Net (concierge / housekeeping service) teams.
