A large and charming renovated chalet with a private entrance, measuring 145 square meters, perfect for 10 people.
The property, located in a quiet and private location, is surrounded by woods yet only 800 meters from the ski slopes and bike path: it's an ideal accommodation for those who want to connect with nature without sacrificing the thrill of snow sports.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small balcony, and a large garden.

The accommodation is spread over two levels and is structured as follows:
GROUND FLOOR:
- LIVING ROOM with two double sofa beds, dining table, fireplace, flat-screen smart TV, and access to the garden;
- BATHROOM I with whirlpool tub, raised shower stall with Turkish bath function, double sink, bidet, and toilet;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, capsule coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;
- PRIVATE GARDEN with barbecue, tables, benches, chairs, two sheds with amenities (including mountain bikes, snowshoes and sleds), solar shower, uncovered parking for four cars (availability of electric charging), and access to the small beach of the Slizza stream.
UPPER FLOOR ATTIC:
- HALLWAY with double sofa bed;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, flat-screen smart TV, and armchair;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (which can be joined into a double bed), flat-screen smart TV, and access to the small balcony;
- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, and toilet.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: a cot, unlimited Wi-Fi, remote-controlled electric heating, wardrobe, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer.
