Studio apartment of 15 sqm located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator (stairs required), perfect for 2 people.
The apartment is located near Piazza della Frutta, the Clock Tower and Piazza dei Signori, in an enviable location.
The apartment is furnished with every comfort, perfect for those who want to explore the city in complete comfort! We are in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), with no private parking.
Paid parking is at the Piazza Insurrezione car park (260 meters away). The interior space is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE with two-burner electric stove, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, microwave oven, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM/LIVING AREA with double bed, 24" smart TV, wardrobe, and split air conditioning; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WiFi, heating and air conditioning via split air conditioning with heat pump, opaque curtains, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Cribs and cribs available upon request (€50 surcharge); High chair available upon request (€30 surcharge). PLEASE NOTE: - This building does NOT have an elevator: steps required for access; - Apartment in a restricted traffic zone; - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, amounting to EUR 2,50, for the first 5 nights. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment* The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law. For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 3pm to 9pm). For check-ins from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM, to be made at the apartment, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival: EUR 30 from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM EUR 50 from 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM Check-in after 1:00 AM is not possible, even for a fee. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
