The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan kitchen–diner, fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials for relaxed home cooking.
A separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for longer stays or beach-filled days.
The cosy sitting room offers a comfortable space to unwind after adventures on the coast. The property sleeps up to eight guests in four well-appointed bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x second-floor double with TV, 1 x bunk room suitable for both adults and children (weight limit 60Kg) and 1 x second-floor twin There are two modern bathrooms, a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC and a second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC Guests also benefit from gas central heating throughout, ensuring comfort in all seasons. Outside, the living space opens onto a sunny, sheltered rear garden with a decked terrace and lawned area.

Shipwrights, over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with a TV. The bedrooms include a king-size, a second-floor double with TV, 1 x bunk bed (weight limit 60kg top bunk only), and a second-floor twin, serviced by a bathroom and a second-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, deck and furniture, and private driveway parking one medium size car. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-bahaved pets welcome. You'll find a shop within 0.2 miles, and a pub within 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Shipwrights is a lovely base for exploring South Devon. Note: This property had a Good Housekeeping Bond off 450 GBP. Note: We recommend not to use the the stairgate at the top of the stairs due to the curved banisters; any use is at the guests risk, please replace after use.
