Cocoonr offers this 65 m² maisonette in Fresnes to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 40 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 65 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 40 m² enclosed garden, south-west facing, planted with a few fruit trees (apple tree, old pear tree), bordered by hedges preserving privacy, with outdoor storage space for table and chairs
This cottage is ideally located in Fresnes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. The surrounding green spaces are perfect for walking, while the nearby transport links provide easy access to Paris and neighbouring towns.
Activities: - Parc des Aulnes: a pleasant park for a walk or a picnic - Parc André Villette: a large green space for relaxing or playing sports - Ecomusée du Grand-Orly Seine Bièvre: an interesting local museum where you can discover the history and heritage of the region - L'îlot z'enfants: a small leisure park if you are with your family
- A tour of the charming parks and gardens of neighbouring towns such as Sceaux or Châtenay-Malabry (historic gardens, large green spaces) - A trip to Paris by public transport (~20-30 mins by RER) for museums, cafés, walks along the Seine, or visits to famous neighbourhoods
Transport: If you are coming by car, reserved parking spaces (not assigned to specific vehicles) are available outside, in front of the house. An electric vehicle charging station is also available.
