Just minutes from the center of Gaillac, this detached, single-story house offers an ideal setting for a stay in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards.
You can easily explore the wine estates, enjoy summer aperitifs and concerts, and discover the Pays des Bastides, famous for its fortified villages and unspoiled landscapes.
Albi, with its Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and its UNESCO-listed Episcopal City, is only 20 minutes away.
The cottage features a private, enclosed garden with mature trees, a welcoming terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 1.5 m deep) covered by a dome.
The approximately 1000 m² garden guarantees peace and privacy.
The bright living area combines a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a sofa bed providing two additional sleeping spaces.

Tout a été parfait durant notre séjour. Seul petit bémol, des moustiques particulièrement voraces.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
La piscine a été très appréciée avec les fortes chaleurs, la maison est très bien équipée, et Hélène nous a réservé un chaleureux accueil.
Prévoir cependant une lotion anti-moustique, assez coriaces sur le périmètre 😉
Nous recommandons vivement pour de belles vacances dans le Tarn !

Trés bon séjour, le logement et la pisine étaient parfaits, sans compter l'excellente confiture d' abricot ! Rien ne manquait. Environnement calme, non loin du centre de Gaillac. Merci à Mme Perfetti de s'être assurée de notre confort pendant notre séjour.
