The Cocoonr agency is offering this bright, air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in Fréjus, less than a kilometre from the beach.
Spanning 18 m², it can accommodate up to two guests. Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift to the half-landing) in a quiet, secure residential block, it comprises a bright living room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). The property is laid out as follows: - A living room with a TV, double sofa bed, dining area and floor-to-ceiling windows - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, washing machine… - A shower room with shower and WC Outside: - An 11 m² south-facing balcony with a hand-cranked awning, a table, chairs and outdoor armchairs to enjoy the fine weather The apartment is ideally located in a lively neighbourhood in Fréjus that is free from noise pollution.
All amenities are nearby (within 600 metres on foot), including restaurants, bars and various shops. Things to do in Fréjus: - The port and beach are less than a kilometre away, as are parks, amusement parks, zoos, a casino and a nature centre offering various activities and sports. - Festivals and concerts in summer, as well as a short film festival in winter. Transportation: If you are coming by car, you can park in the apartment's private car park. If you are travelling by other means, you may find the following information useful: - Fréjus train station: 5 minutes (2 km) - Nearest airport: Nice: 45 minutes (41 miles) - Bus: multiple lines stop near the studio, providing access to the port, the beach, the bus station and Saint-Raphaël (lines 01, 14, 23, 90 and 876). To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and reservation management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Bed linen and towels are not included in the booking.
These can be booked as an optional extra with the owners on arrival. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Petit appartement joliment décoré, suffisant pour 1 ou 2 personnes, bien équipé, nombreux rangements, balcon spacieux, très agréable, logement calme, bien situé proche de la mer, grand parking sécurisé. Propriétaire agréable, sympathique, disponible....
