Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x190) - Bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the accommodation has the following additional facilities: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A balcony of approx. 1 m², south-west facing, to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in the centre of Néris-les-Bains, in very pleasant surroundings, opposite the thermal baths.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and the thermal baths...
Activities in the immediate vicinity: thermal baths, spa, casino, as well as numerous walks, including a visit to the Roman site of Néris-les-Bains.
Nearby: visit Montluçon, 15 minutes away by car, with numerous festivals throughout the year.
Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (paying car park).
